Nestled between the rolling foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, Vineyards, and an Amish settlement, this popular destination is just 45 minutes from Lake Norman, Winston-Salem, and Hickory. Our picturesque farm is located on North Carolina’s newest Scenic Byway Called the Yadkin Valley Trail and the Yadkin Valley Wine Trail.
Our vision for Swan Creek Farm was always multifaceted; we wanted to share our magnificent setting with people traveling through the wine country, grow healing plants, educate people on the healing qualities of herbs, and offer wellness services. We hope that our life work will be inspiring to you, and that we can connect and share the bounty together.
