North Carolina is the new home of over 50 wineries and vineyards. Swan Creek Farm is located on the most well known wine trails in the Yadkin Valley.
Swan Creek Vineyards, our newest viticulture designation includes four vineyards, each with very unique and wonderful styles. From Italian to French.
Outdoor Activities
From extreme sports to leisurely activities, Yadkin, Wilkes & Surry counties have a lot to offer. In the summer there are ample opportunities for skydiving, ballooning, mountain biking, golfing, rock climbing, and white water rafting. Stone Mountain State Park is only 30 minutes from Swan Creek Farm
More water attractions are available at W. Kerr Scott Reservoir which offers fishing, boating, and swimming.
Local Festivals & Events
One of the areas biggest music festivals,
Merle Fest, features some of the finest
American and bluegrass music and
takes place only 17 miles from Swan Creek
Farm.
Or take part in the Brushy Mountain Apple Festival held in historic Wilkesboro. There is also a Pumpkin festival that takes place in downtown Elkin.
Year round wine festivals give people the opportunity to sample from all of the participating NC wineries and southern flavors.
