We are a new wedding venue still under construction and will not be able to give tours until May 2021.

What is your descrimination policy?

We do not descriminate against people of any religious affiliation, ethnic origin, or sexual orientation. We always strive for social inclusion.

What is your capacity?

100 total guests and wedding party attendants.

Who sets up and tears down tables and chairs?

The dining tables and chairs in the greenhouse stay in place. you will be responsible for setting up and taking down the folding chairs in the garden/ceremony area.

Can our dog be part of our wedding ceremony?

Yes, but after the ceremony we do require they be taken off the premises. No pets are allowed on the property No comfort pets are allowed on the property

Who is responsible for cleaning and trash?

You are responsible for leaving the event space the way you found it. We remove trash.

Can we decorate?

Yes! You will be responsible for the removal and disposal of any decor you bring.

Can we have fireworks and sparklers?

No fireworks are allowed. Sparklers are not appropriate as we are only hosting daytime weddings at this time.

Is there a designated smoking area?

Yes, smoking is allowed on the deck behind the big barn. We ask that guests do not smoke anywhere else on the property or in buildings.

Can we have alcohol at your venue?

Yes; there are 3 options: 1st option is a mobile bar; this is all the rage, and we have the perfect flat spot for it to set up for your wedding. 2nd-Your caterer provides beer and wine and serves it. 3rd option is that you bring the beer and wine. However, there are a few restrictionsto this option: -Only beer and wine are allowed; no hard liquor -You must bring the beer and wine -A licensed bartender must serve the beer and wine -No self-service of pouring drinks is allowed (which disallows beer trailers) ***Add $500 to cost of daily event if alcohol is going to be served and you will need to arrange for shuttle transportation services.

What if it rains?

Don't worry! There is always a Plan-B. Your ceremony will be beautiful in the greenhouse or barn.

Are there multiple events going on when my wedding is planned?


What about gratuities?

No tips are necessary for Swan Creek Farm staff.

What about parking and shuttle buses?

We have a grass field for parking and a parking attendant for one hour before your event begins. Shuttle buses are a must for you to reserve for guests if wine and beer are being served.

Are there nearby hotels and accomodations?

Yes, there are several hotels in Jonesville just 6 miles up the road and camping sites with bath houses at Stone Mountain State Park about 30 minutes away.

Can we have lawn games for our event?

Yes, we have the perfect spot and even have lawn games on hand for you to use.
